THE CHALLENGE

POSSO — the Portuguese Organization for Social Services and Opportunities — is a nonprofit in San Jose dedicated to serving the elderly and preserving Portuguese heritage. When they came to Tiago Media, they were at a critical point: despite years of meaningful service, they struggled to communicate their impact to state and federal funding bodies and local donors. Without compelling visual storytelling, they were losing ground.

  • Conducted discovery sessions with POSSO leadership to understand their mission and funding goals

  • Created social media assets for community sharing and donor engagement
